Our Story
About Benny's Bagels:
Benny’s sprung from the idea of three close friends in Dallas, TX. Although there are many misconceptions, Benny is actually the bulldog that sits on every counter of every Benny’s Bagels. The name has since then been taken over by various individual families, but the idea stays the same – traditional New York styled bagels; boiled and baked.
Every day, customers can expect to be treated with the close, friendly attitude that Benny’s employees have to offer. From being greeted by their first names to sharing stories and having their “regular orders” memorized, customers are sure to always feel welcomed in the relaxed and homey atmosphere that Benny’s can provide. Many have grown up tasting our delicious sandwiches since we first started, and continue to come back to try both old and new items on our diverse menu.
Benny’s: The Bagel
At Benny’s, we make authentic New York bagels, made with the freshest, most natural ingredients. We boil our bagels until the dough is soft and shapeable, then seed or prepare each bagel individually by hand. After that, we bake them in our hearth stone oven until the bagels are rounded, shining, and of the finest quality.
Unlike “newer” methods, which requires little time, labor, and effort, we hold much higher standards and provide much better quality.
These bagels are healthy, nutritious, and filling. They contain no additives or oils, and each bagel is approximately 300 calories. In addition, they are cholesterol free and extremely low in fat. For anyone in need of a healthy, nutritious breakfast, our bagels and homemade coffee are great for an energy boost for athletes to full-time moms and sleepy children. Our bagels taste great on their own or even as a lunch sandwich.

Our deli sandwiches and wraps are made fresh to order with a wide variety of bagel and wrap flavors available. Benny’s offers over fifteen different bagel flavors and over eight different cream cheese flavors. With lots of catering options, we also welcome the opportunity to cater your next event, celebration, meeting, etc.
